Nazmul Haque is currently working as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Governance Studies (CGS). His primary responsibilities include developing research projects, maintaining communication with donors, supervising research teams, facilitating stakeholder discussions, conducting content analysis, supervising report writing and research processes. Mr. Haque is adept in developing research tools, writing reports, and overseeing the data collection process. He has worked as a Co-Principal Investigator in research titled ‘Identifying the Laps and Gaps in the Service Delivery System of Government Institutions for Ensuring Fairer Labor Migration,’ Funded by PROKAS Program, British Council, Bangladesh. He has also co-authored an article on Catalonia Crisis published by BIISS journal.

Mr. Haque has completed his Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) and Master of Social Science (MSS) from the Department of Political Science, University of Dhaka. His research interest covers climate change & climate-induced migration, international labor migration, human rights, political violence, and corruption.
